Through these experiences, his role expanded from minister to mentor, surrogate father, coach, educator, and speaker. He presents and conducts trainings for churches, colleges, and universities on various topics such as faith, worship, achieving true success, clear communication, focusing on the family, and diversity.

He is retired from the Federal Bureau of Prisons.  Upon doing so, he was offered the part-time position as the Crisis Intervention Team Coordinator for Lycoming and Clinton Counties.  He served in this capacity organizing trainings in the bi-county area from 2017-2019 providing strategic trainings for law enforcement and first responders.  He is the developer of H.O.P.E, Helping Offenders Pursue Excellence, which seeks to assist ex-offenders with job skills, educational opportunities, and finding faith and is the mastermind behind the L.I.F.E. mission and vision.
